The aim of this 12 week program is to give you insight, inspire you and provide tools along the way for you to be the absolute best version of yourself. Covering the topics below (a different topic each week) followed by pizza and pool, socialising & sharing, building trust & kinship in a safe inclusive environment. - Your vibe attracts your tribe (friendships, acquaintances & the difference) - The facts about drugs & the neurodiverse brain - Crime Prevention - Mental Health & utilizing your NDIS supports - Setting Boundaries - Youth being in control - Anger management techniques & strategies to keep your cool - The Blame Game - (stop using your disability as an excuse for shitty behaviour!) - SMART Goal Setting You will hear and be mentored by some of the most passionate, experienced people who have walked in your shoes and found practical tools to help them come out the other side the person they are today. Pull ya head in! is all about Youth Taking Control and giving you the tools to ‘believe in yourself’ and the reality check you just might need this program is not a therapy program, its not a counselling program it's something else, it will teach accountability, with a little bit of mindfulness, it is raw, honest and from the heart with the only intent being to share our experiences to assist the lives of others in some way. This is a 12wk program billed from your Core NDIS Funding
