Group activity day out bowling, lunch and a movie of the groups choice (appropriately rated for the group) Social support groups of 1:4 (4 participants with 1 mentor) these groups are billed from your NDIS Core Funding Budget and include travel (within 30km radius of our office) food & light refreshments, entry/admission to all activities. (1:4 Ratio) Weekday Rate - $331.54 (1:4 Ratio) Saturday Rate - $402.20 (1:4 Ratio) Sunday Rate - $488.75
