Founder / CEO

At the helm of Together We Can International (TWCI) is our founder and director, Cath. A powerhouse of leadership, vision, and lived experience.

With over 20 years of exceptional performance in the Employment Service Industry, she has successfully lead countless teams to success, whilst fostering a culture of performance, innovation, and unwavering support.

As a strong neurodiverse woman, Cath brings a unique perspective to her leadership, ensuring that TWCI is not just a service, but a movement that redefines support for neurodiverse people. Her lived experience with trauma and neurodiversity fuels her passion for change, driving her to think beyond traditional approaches and create real, tangible opportunities and social impact for young people across the wider community.

Her mission? To empower our youth with the skills, confidence, and progressive support they need to thrive. Cath’s energy, drive, and visionary leadership inspire the entire TWCI team to challenge the status quo, think outside the box, and deliver exceptional, forward-thinking support that makes a lasting impact on the individual but also the wider community.

Rorie

General Manager

Rorie is a driven and experienced leader with a deep commitment to empowering young people as they transition from school into meaningful employment. With extensive experience in employment services, health, education, and the traineeship industry, Rorie is a seasoned expert in guiding participants toward sustainable career success.

Rorie leads our team of coaches, ensuring they provide personalised, goal-driven support every day. With a hands-on leadership approach, Rorie ensures caseloads remain small and person-centred, allowing for tailored employment pathways that match the right participants with the right mentors. Ensuring that goals are strategically planned, regularly assessed, and always celebrated when
achieved!

Rorie’s passion drives the team forward, ensuring every participant receives the highest quality support as they navigate their journey.

Outside of work, Rorie is a super mum, effortlessly juggling her thriving career and family life with her two adorable kidlets. Whether she’s cheering on Port Adelaide, enjoying sushi, or sharing a laugh, she brings the same dynamic energy!

Aimee

Head of Operations

Managing accounts payable, receivable, and most importantly payroll for the entire organisation,
Liaising with plan managers, parents, and support coordinators regarding billing and NDIS line items,
ensuring smooth and accurate financial transactions for all involved.

Aimee has lived experience as a Neurodiverse young woman and thrives in her role, continuing to grow as she studies her Cert IV in Accounting and Bookkeeping. Working autonomously and to her strengths where her neurodiversity enhances her exceptional attention to detail, efficiency, and problem-solving skills, making her a natural at navigating financial processes.

The joker of the office, always keeping spirits high with her quick wit and infectious sense of humour. In her spare time, Aimee has a passion for travel and hopes to embark on many more adventures in the future. She also loves getting lost in a great TV series, with The Walking Dead and The Vampire Diaries topping her must watch lists. But above all, she absolutely adores her dog Prada.

Jasmine

Scheduling & Support Manager

Jasmine brings a wealth of experience to Together We Can International, joining us from a successful career in Employment Services where she managed a national Employer Business Centre and supported countless participants into meaningful employment across the country. Her strategic insight and passion for people make her an exceptional asset to our leadership team.

As Team Leader of Social Support, Jasmine oversees our social support programs, coordinates our incredible mentor team, and collaborates with providers to ensure our activity schedules are vibrant, inclusive, and run seamlessly. Her leadership helps create engaging, safe spaces where neurodiverse young people feel supported, connected, and empowered to be themselves.

We’re thrilled to have Jasmine on board, and the impact she’s already having on the lives of our young people is nothing short of inspiring.

Outside of work, Jasmine loves spending time with her beautiful baby girl and is always up for a home renovation project!

Michael (Jacko)

Fleet & Maintenance Manager

The man behind the scenes ensuring everything runs smoothly, With over 35 years of industry experience and leadership in high-performance motorcycle sector, I bring a precision mindset, practical innovation, and operational discipline to my current role as Operations Manager at Together We Can International (TWCI).

At TWCI, I oversee our multi-site infrastructure, full vehicle fleet, and daily operational logistics, ensuring our team and participants experience safe, smooth, and seamless support delivery. My background in motorsport taught me how to operate under pressure, optimise performance, and never settle for less than excellence. I apply those same values to purpose-driven work, supporting a community organisation that exists to empower neurodiverse young people.

I’m proud to lead with accountability, respect, and a no-nonsense approach, making sure our backbone operations stay strong so the front-line team can shine. Let’s connect if you value old-school work ethic, hands-on leadership, and operational excellence in service of something greater.

Billy

Performance & Analytics Manager

Billy is a dynamic and approachable leader who brings energy, humour, and heart to his role as Team Leader for Together We Can International’s Service Delivery Team – North. Known for his quick wit and down-to-earth style, Billy is passionate about helping young people step outside their comfort zones, build confidence, and achieve real progress in their employment journey.

In 2023, Billy was proudly awarded TWCI’s Employment Coach of the Year 2023, a testament to his outstanding ability to build trust, motivate participants, and deliver life-changing results. He now applies those same strengths to coaching and mentoring his team — leading with authenticity, strong work ethic, and a commitment to connection.

Billy loves meeting new people, trying new things, and creating spaces where others feel safe to grow. Outside of work, he enjoys watching and playing soccer, gaming, and indulging in his favourite food — pizza.

Cameron (Cam)

Education & Employment Manager

Cameron is a dedicated and people-focused leader who brings calm confidence and a results-driven mindset to his role as Site Manager for Together We Can International’s Southern Region. With a passion for helping others and a natural ability to build trust, Cameron forms strong, meaningful connections with participants, supporting them to achieve their goals through structured, strengths-based planning.

Now focused on mentoring and developing the southern Employment Support Team, Cameron is committed to creating a supportive, high-performing culture where both staff and participants can thrive. His leadership style is grounded in integrity, consistency, and a genuine belief in the potential of every individual. Outside of work, Cameron is a lifelong soccer enthusiast who has played at a top competitive level.

He enjoys downtime with family and friends, relaxing at the beach, watching movies, and diving into video games to recharge.

Suong

Quality & Safeguarding Manager

The behind the scenes guru and driving force behind our commitment to excellence, compliance, and continuous improvement. With a sharp analytical mindset and an eye for detail, Suong excels in her role by developing and implementing robust quality management systems that not only meet but exceed regulatory standards.

Suong plays a key role in our leadership and advisory team, ensuring that as we expand, our growth is matched with unwavering quality and integrity. She is passionate about upholding high standards, ensuring that we pass every audit with flying colours, and that our NDIS registration, internal and external audits are meticulously managed. Her dedication ensures a safe, compliant, and supportive environment for all stakeholders, making her an integral part of TWCI’s success in this exciting and newly developed role.

Beyond her professional expertise, Suong brings infectious energy and humour to the team. A self-proclaimed gym junkie, she balances her dedication to fitness with a love for travel, hiking. When she’s not fine-tuning our quality systems, you’ll find her enjoying cuddles with her gorgeous niece.

Tanya

Human Resource Manager

Tanya is a passionate, people-first leader who brings over 20 years of experience in the employment services and human services sectors to her role as Human Resource Manager at Together We Can International. With qualifications in youth work, nursing, return to work and now HR, Tanya has spent her career supporting vulnerable people with empathy, humour, and a deep sense of purpose.

As one of TWCI’s inaugural team members, Tanya has played a key role in shaping the heart of our organisation. Known for her warmth, can-do attitude, and love for lifelong learning, she naturally stepped into the HR role to support and grow the incredible team that drives our mission forward.

Tanya is a connector at heart, with a passion for learning always building new industry relationships, cheering on our people, and sharing the impact of our work. Just don’t mess with her desk… she’s serious about her workspace boundaries!

Outside of work, Tanya is always upskilling, enjoying a laugh, and doing what she does best — lifting others up.

Laura

Site Manager - Riverland

Laura is a passionate, people-focused leader who thrives on connecting with others from all walks of life.

As a proud Riverland local, she brings strong leadership, teamwork, and a genuine sense of community to everything she does, inspiring those around her to grow, collaborate, and achieve their best.

Known for her never say no attitude, Laura approaches every challenge with enthusiasm and determination. She’s the kind of person who rolls up her sleeves and keeps going until the job is done.

Outside of work, Laura loves travelling, exploring new places, and saying yes to adventure. Her favourite colour, green, reflects her vibrant energy and positive outlook. Above all, she’s her children’s biggest cheerleader, always encouraging their dreams and celebrating their wins.

Ashley

Employment Coach / Trainee Youth Worker

Ash joins us from a long stint in customer service and loves working with people. He has lived experience and a passion for helping people from all walks of life and his passion for helping others shines in everything he does.

He is an exceptional employment coach and focuses on building a solid rapport with his participants to set clear goals and help people achieve them. Often uses social activities for appointments and thinking outside the box, and studying his Cert IV in Youth Work. Ash is our Senior Mentor in our collaboration in the Department for Education Transitions program. A key member of our team, Ash is always striving to achieve the very best opportunities & outcomes for all of his participants

In his spare time, Ash loves watching and playing all kinds of sports, and enjoys playing footy and golf and is one of very few CROWS supporters in our office!

Bailey

Employment Coach

Bailey joins the TWCI Team with a strong foundation in customer service and a deep passion for supporting others.

With lived experience in disability and an unwavering commitment to creating meaningful change, Bailey is dedicated to making a positive impact in the lives of those he works with.

His personal journey empowers him to guide participants toward real, transformative opportunities and pathways to success.

Bailey’s approach is centred on building authentic relationships, founded on trust and mutual respect. He takes a holistic, person-centred approach to support, setting clear, achievable goals and tailoring strategies to meet each individual’s unique needs.

His focus is on empowering participants to thrive and achieve their personal aspirations.

Outside of his professional life, Bailey enjoys embracing the great outdoors, whether fishing, camping, or spending time with his family — especially his niece and nephew. A sports enthusiast, he enjoys playing volleyball and is a proud supporter of the Adelaide Crows.

Asher

Employment Coach

Asher joins the TWCI team with valuable experience gained across a variety of roles within the retail industry. This background has helped him develop strong communication skills, a practical approach to problem-solving, and the ability to build positive working relationships with both colleagues and customers.

Outside of work, Asher is a passionate sports fan who enjoys cricket, soccer, and footy. He is a dedicated supporter of the Adelaide Crows and Manchester City and is always happy to chat about the latest sporting results and news.

Known for his sense of humour and positive attitude, Asher enjoys spending time with friends and family and brings great energy to the team every day.

Employment Coach

Shannon joins the team with sound knowledge and experience of Employment Services particularly with Youth Transition to Work.

Shannon’s unique background allowed her to connect with participants on a personal level, guiding them through their career journey with empathy and insight.

Outside of work, she was a devoted dog mom to Indi, her playful golden retriever, and a proud aunt to her niece and nephew, often whipping up delicious meals for family gatherings. On weekends, she escaped to nature, camping under the stars. Yet, despite her love for life’s quirks,

Shannon’s pet hate — is the sight of white socks with black shoes — a small pet peeve in a world filled with mismatched adventures.

Zane

Path to Success Facilitator

Zane is a dedicated and passionate individual with a natural ability to support and uplift those around him.

With a strong background in retail, he excels in customer service, always bringing a friendly, approachable attitude to every interaction.

Outside of work, Zane’s heart beats for soccer, and as a devoted Manchester United fan, he thrives on the excitement of the game, whether playing or watching his team in action.

A true gamer at heart, Zane enjoys getting lost in the worlds of Call of Duty and Fortnite. Family plays a central role in his life, and he treasures every moment spent with loved ones. Above all, Zane is an animal lover, especially when it comes to his loyal Staffy-X, Nugget, who’s always by his side.

Zane’s pet hate is slow walkers, so don’t walk in front of him, he’s like a freight train moving to the speed of sound!!!

Mandy

Team Leader - South/Onboarding Consultant

Mandy brings over 30 years of experience in the beauty and education industries, offering a unique blend of professionalism, warmth, and empathy. Her deep understanding and compassionate approach make her an invaluable support to those around her.

With a wealth of transferable life skills, emotional maturity, and a can-do attitude, Mandy is ready to make a lasting impact. Her extensive network of community connections further enhances her ability to provide holistic support.

Beyond her professional life, Mandy is a proud advocate for animal welfare, a devoted mother and grandmother, and someone who cherishes life’s simple joys—good music, delicious food, and moments of relaxation. Her home is a hub of love, laughter, and family.

When she’s not working or spending time with loved ones, you’ll find her passionately cheering for Port Adelaide Power, proudly wearing her black, white, and teal on game days.

Lachlan

Employment Coach & Mentor

Lachlan is someone who’s got a lot of heart both in his professional life and outside of work!

His passion for rebuilding his HSV Commodore shows that he’s not just about helping others, but he also knows how to roll up his sleeves and dive into hands-on projects.

As for his love of AFL, being a massive Port Power supporter definitely adds another layer to his personality. There’s something special about team loyalty—especially with a passionate following like Port Power’s.

Ian

Employment Coach

Ian brings passion, purpose, and infectious energy to the TWCI team. With hands-on experience across youth and mental health services, he’s driven by a genuine love for helping others thrive. For Ian, supporting people isn’t just a job — it’s what fires him up and keeps him going.

Whether he’s out in the community or deep in a one-on-one chat, Ian leads with empathy, curiosity, and a whole lot of heart. His positive outlook and approachable style make him someone people naturally gravitate towards.

When he’s off the clock, you’ll likely catch Ian shooting hoops in his social basketball league, vibing to his favourite tunes, or dancing like nobody’s watching (because movement is therapy, obviously).

He’s a proud Arsenal fan, never misses a match, and will passionately debate why they’re the best team in the Premier League. He’s also a sports lover, social connector, and firm believer that laughter and good vibes are essential to wellbeing.

Kristie

Employment Coach

Kristie joins the TWCI team with over 20 years of experience in early childhood education. Now, she’s passionate about transferring those skills and experience to support the most vulnerable youth helping them feel seen, valued, and empowered to thrive.

Alongside her work in childcare, Kristie has spent the past 13 years as a passionate Karate instructor. She has trained students of all ages from energetic kids to focused adults and takes great pride in helping them build confidence, discipline, and skill in martial arts.

Outside of work, Kristie is all about family. She’ is a proud mum to two adult sons and much-loved dogs, Ollie and Buddy, who keep life fun and full of energy. Kristie is also a passionate baker who loves creating original cakes and cupcakes.

Pet peeve: inconsiderate behaviour, she values kindness, respect, and thoughtfulness, and believes the world is a better place when people look out for one another.

Macca

Employment Coach/Mentor

Macca is one of those people you instantly feel comfortable around. With a rich tapestry of life experience and a genuine passion for helping others.

Before joining us, Macca served in the Army, an experience that shaped his strong sense of discipline, resilience, and purpose. These qualities now shine through in his work as an Employment Coach, where he’s known for being both dependable and deeply compassionate.

Whether someone’s just starting out or navigating a career change, Macca’s guidance is grounded, practical, and always encouraging.

Outside of work, Macca’s world revolves around his kids, sports, and anything with an engine! He’s happiest when he’s trackside or tinkering with cars and motorbikes.

Matt joins the team with a natural talent for creating genuine connections and discovering what makes people tick. His easy going nature and positive energy make others feel comfortable and valued, helping bring out the best in everyone around him.

Friendly, driven and full of heart, Matt brings a contagious enthusiasm to everything he does. He is the kind of person who lifts spirits, encourages teamwork and makes every day a little brighter for those around him.

A proud player for the mighty Happy Valley Vikings, Matt lives and breathes footy, both on and off the field, and rarely misses a game when he can help it.

Outside of work, he loves spending time with his mates, exploring new adventures and soaking up the outdoors, especially with a coffee in hand on a beachside morning walk.

Taylor

Employment Coach

Taylor joins the TWCI team with a warm and approachable nature, a strong background in hospitality, and a wealth of customer service experience. Her five years at Boost Juice, along with her time at Bunnings, strengthened her multitasking and problem solving skills, and built her confidence supporting people from all walks of life.

Growing up as one of nine siblings shaped her communication skills, adaptability, and ability to collaborate with a wide mix of personalities. She thrives in team environments, whether she is playing soccer, netball, or volleyball, and she brings that same steady and positive energy into her work.

Taylor is very family and friend orientated, and those around her describe her as funny, empathetic, enthusiastic, and full of personality. She is also a self-confessed fashion freak who loves retail therapy and has a particular weakness for shoes.

Jordan

Employment Coach

Jordan joins the team at Together We Can International with a strong mix of creativity, technical skill, and people-focused experience. With a background in hairdressing and beauty, she has a keen eye for detail and a natural ability to help others feel confident and supported.

Her experience in a fast-paced, tech-driven nightclub environment has strengthened her adaptability, communication skills, and ability to stay composed under pressure.

Outside of work, Jordan enjoys spending time with her Rottweiler, Odin, relaxing at the beach, baking, and listening to music across all genres. Known for her warm, approachable nature and team-first mindset, she brings positive energy to everything she does.

Employment Coach

Chris joins TWCI with over 17 years of experience in customer service and retail, bringing strong communication skills and a natural ability to connect with a wide range of people. His background supports his work in helping others build confidence and move towards meaningful outcomes.

Chris values genuine connection and takes a straightforward, practical approach when supporting others. He enjoys helping people build skills, set goals and take real steps forward.

Outside of work, Chris enjoys spending time with friends playing board games or listening to audiobooks, and you will often find him hanging out with his parents’ dogs.

Pet peeve: People watching Shorts or Reels at the table during game night. It is game night for a reason.

Harrison

Employment Coach

Harrison joins TWCI with a diverse background across customer service and hospitality, bringing a practical mindset and a strong ability to connect with people.

With experience running his own food truck, he understands how to adapt, problem solve and deliver consistent, high quality experiences. Over the past five years, Harrison has combined work with travel, spending extended time overseas in places including Thailand, the Czech Republic, Germany, the Netherlands and Indonesia. His time travelling, including pet sitting abroad, reflects his adaptability and willingness to step outside his comfort zone.

Harrison is a huge foodie with a passion for cooking and growing his own produce at home. He enjoys staying active and swims all year round, bringing a balanced and energetic approach to his lifestyle.

Amelia

Employment Coach

Amelia joins the TWCI team with an outgoing, energetic, and hardworking nature, paired with a positive and motivated attitude.

Having recently completed her Bachelor of Psychological Science at UniSA, Amelia developed a strong passion for supporting vulnerable people, particularly within the mental health and community support space.

She brings a genuine drive to help others and a natural ability to build meaningful, trusting connections, showing up with enthusiasm and dedication in everything she does.

Outside of work, Amelia loves staying active and balanced. You will often find her at Pilates, walking along the beach with friends while enjoying a good coffee, or getting creative in the kitchen cooking up something delicious.

Jasmine

Mentoring & Engagement Lead

Jasmine is a natural people-person with a career built on empathy, compassion, and dedicated service.

With a solid customer service background in the retail industry and extensive experience in the Employment Services sector, she thrives on helping others navigate challenges, build confidence, and find their footing.

Drawing on her personal lived experience with neurodiverse people, Jasmine brings a unique depth of understanding to her work. She’s passionate about creating supportive environments where every voice is heard, and she has a gift for making people feel comfortable and valued.

Jasmine also loves solving problems, cracking a tricky puzzle is her idea of fun, and she always approaches challenges with curiosity and care.

Outside of work, she’s a bit of a history buff, especially when it comes to medieval and ancient history. She’s also a devoted dog mum to Oli, her energetic Border Collie–Kelpie X and is always on the hunt for her next great book recommendation. Pet peeve: People glued to their phones while she’s talking—because for Jasmine, real connection is always best face-to-face.

Cherie

Senior Social Support Mentor

Cherie has an extensive background as a Disability Educator, training SSO’s and working with Students with high need and behavioural issues in the education system.

Cherie is passionate, empathetic, a powerhouse of energy & fun making positive connections with everyone she meets. Cherie is super excited to be helping us out on our camps, weekend respite activities & school holidays. We are wrapped to have her as part of our team!

Cherie is a mother to 3 very energetic boys, has a vibrant energy about her and loves outdoor adventures.

Deb

Senior Social Support Mentor

We’re excited to welcome Deb to the team. With nine years of experience as a counsellor and mental health trainer, Deb has dedicated her career to supporting the most vulnerable, including those experiencing homelessness at the Hutt St Centre.

Her expertise in mental health and counselling is complemented by her nurturing, bubbly, and personable nature, making her a great fit for helping others navigate challenges with compassion and care.

Deb’s pet hate? People constantly being on their phones. She’s all about being truly present and connecting with others in real time, so if you’re ever in her company, put the phone down and enjoy the moment!

Leon

Social Support Mentor

Leon’s dedication to supporting others comes from a place of deep understanding. With a wealth of lived experience as a neurodiverse individual, he brings empathy, patience, and authenticity to every interaction.

His calm demeanour and ability to connect meaningfully with participants make him a trusted mentor and a positive influence in their lives.

Leon is passionate about helping neurodiverse youth build confidence, social skills, and friendships in safe and supportive environments. Leon’s lived experience allows him to relate to the challenges participants face, and his approach is always grounded in respect, encouragement, and genuine care.

Outside of work, Leon enjoys working on his car, listening to music, and spending time outdoors—whether it’s exploring nature or just soaking up the sun. He’s hands-on, grounded, and always up for a good laugh.

Georgia

Social Support Mentor

Georgia is an experienced Disability Support Worker with a bright and bubbly personality. She takes a person-centred approach, showing genuine care and interest in each individual’s needs and interests.

Georgia loves anything water-related, and also loves playing and watching sports.

Pet Hate: When someone puts an empty packet back in the fridge/pantry!!!!

Teagan

Social Support Mentor

Teagan is part of our social support crew during the week, weekends & school holidays. Teagan has a very friendly & bubbly personality and loves to be creative.

Teagan is currently studying psychology but also has a background in primary education.

Outside of work, Teagan studies Psychology, loves going for drives and listening to music. Teagan also loves animals, especially cats!!

Stephanie

Social Support Mentor

Stephanie is currently studying Speech Pathology at the University of Adelaide. Her desire to make a difference in the lives of young people with disabilities truly shines, and her passion is evident through the person-centered support she provides her people.

Stephanie enjoys spending time with friends and making as many memories as she can. She also enjoys playing and watching sports, especially watching Port Adelaide!

Pet hate: When people put the toilet paper roll on the wrong way and CROWS SUPPORTERS!!!

Melanie

Social Support Mentor

Mel is a compassionate, dedicated, and hardworking individual with a genuine passion for helping others and fostering meaningful connections.

Currently pursuing her studies in Occupational Therapy, she is particularly excited about specialising in the paediatric field, where she looks forward to making a positive impact on the lives of the most vulnerable participants and their families.

Outside of her studies, Mel enjoys spending quality time with friends and family, hitting the gym, indulging in a bit of retail therapy, and unwinding with light-hearted TV shows.

A proud Port Adelaide supporter, she is an avid sports enthusiast, bringing energy and enthusiasm to all aspects of her life.

Ethan

Social Support Mentor

Ethan is a part of our social support crew and loves engaging young people while doing fun activities.

He builds a quick rapport with participants on social activities, making them feel at ease. He has lived experience with disability & ASD and is an absolute sports guru, never loses a game of pool, and even played in the Australia Inclusive Cricket Team in South Africa!

Ethan has a positive & fun vibe for anyone who is around him and loves to be outdoors makes him a favourite with our young people particularly in group environments where his easy going personallity make it easy to facilitate friendships and spark conversation

Alex

Social Support Mentor

Meet Alex – or as we affectionately call him, Valentino! With a mix of lived experience and professional insight, Alex brings real heart to his role as a Social Support Mentor.

He connects with others in a way that’s authentic and empowering, especially when it comes to supporting young people to feel seen, heard, and included.

Amelia

Social Support Mentor

Meet Amelia – empathetic, compassionate, adventurous, and always ready to dive into something new. With a Bachelor’s degree in Neuroscience under her belt and halfway through a Psychology degree, she brings a thoughtful, people-centred lens to everything she does.

Before joining TWCI, Amelia inspired young minds as a dance teacher and brought joy and energy to events as a children’s coordinator. She’s always been drawn to spaces where creativity and connection collide.

Growing up, Amelia tried everything from Scouts to netball, pottery to violin, touch footy to dance. These days, you’ll catch her hiking up a trail, sketching in her notebook, curating the perfect playlist, or planning her next travel escape. She’s not aiming to be the next Van Gogh, for Amelia, it’s all about doing things purely for the love of them.

Warm, curious, and wonderfully creative, Amelia brings both heart and spark to our team – and she’s just getting started.

Darcy

Social Support Mentor

Darcy joins the TWCI team with a wealth of mentoring experience, especially supporting neurodiverse participants with empathy, patience, and a great sense of humour.

A true people person, Darcy is easy going, outdoorsy, and thrives on connection.

Outside of work, Darcy is a dedicated gamer, a soccer enthusiast (go Arsenal!), and a basketball fan who never misses a good match.

He’s also a huge animal lover, sharing his home with five pets and probably a few more if he had the space! Darcy is a big fan of anime, always keen to dive into a new series or rewatch a classic.

A proud family guy, Darcy values strong relationships and brings that same warmth and loyalty to his work. Whether he’s mentoring, camping, watching anime, or cheering on his favourite teams, Darcy’s all about passion, purpose, and making a positive impact.

Liam

Social Support Mentor

Liam joins the TWCI team with plenty of enthusiasm, drive, and a passion for growth.

Backed by a Certificate III in Fitness and plans to study a Bachelor of Business, he’s all about pushing limits, learning new things, and making a positive impact wherever he goes.

A true sports lover, Liam proudly backs Arsenal and Port Power and never misses a chance to hit the field himself. When he’s not watching or playing sport, you’ll likely find him hanging out with his mates and fur buddy Zeus, his cheeky Cocker Spaniel, or dreaming up his next international adventure.

Melissa

Social Support Mentor

Melissa is a part of our social support team on weekends and in school holidays. Melissa’s is always able to see the positive in everyone and has such a strong passion for making a difference in young people’s lives.

In Melissa’s spare time she enjoys going to the gym, camping and spending time with her Russian Blue Cat Gracie.

Pet peeve: Hate’s washing dirty dishes!

Helena

Social Support Mentor

Helena is a creative, funny, and empathetic soul who brings warmth and authenticity to everything she does.

Currently studying a Bachelor of Secondary Education, she’s passionate about helping neurodiverse young people recognise their unique strengths and thrive in both learning and life.

With lived experience supporting students who are neurodiverse. She believes neurodiversity isn’t something to “fix”; it’s a strength to be celebrated. Helena’s love for learning matches her love for teaching. Whether she’s thrifting unique pieces for her home, making art, taking photos, camping or diving into a good book on a rainy day, her curiosity, and creativity shine through.

Her pet peeve: People being rude to customer service workers. Helena knows from experience that kindness costs nothing but means everything!

Matthew

Social Support Mentor

Matthew joins the team bringing warmth, enthusiasm, and a genuine passion for helping others. Having completed his Certificate III in Individual Support, he is committed to making a real difference in people’s lives and creating positive experiences wherever he goes.

Outside of work, Matthew’s world is full of fun and adventure. He is a big fan of RPG and fantasy gaming, loves a good board game night, and is always up for a challenge—whether it’s conquering a new trail on a weekend hike or discovering his next favourite foodie spot.

Family means everything to Matthew, and he values spending quality time with his loved ones and his girlfriend of two years. His easy-going nature, sense of humour, and caring spirit make him a joy to be around both at work and beyond.

Pet peeve: People who don’t clean up after themselves—especially when it’s clearly not that hard!

Sam

Social Support Mentor

Sam joins TWCI with a wealth of experience supporting young people and a genuine passion for building strong connections. With over eight years working alongside children and youth, Sam is known for his energy, empathy and ability to create positive, inclusive environments where people feel valued and supported.

He also volunteers at a local youth club, continuing his commitment to mentoring and supporting young people in the community.

Outside of work, Sam is an avid West Coast Eagles fan and a keen sports enthusiast. He plays footy, basketball and netball, and thrives on being part of a team. He also enjoys gaming and values the competitive and social side it brings.

At home, he has two dogs, a Pomeranian x King Charles Cavalier duo named Lilo and Stitch, who keep him busy.

Zac

Social Support Mentor

Zac is part of our social support crew on weekends and school holidays and is currently enjoying working with our young adults in social support groups during the school term.

He loves all things sport, with a particular passion for soccer. Zac also enjoys camping, exploring and spending time outdoors.

With a positive and engaging nature, Zac brings great energy to everyone he meets. He has a sharp fashion sense and is always up for a good laugh.

Sarrana

Social Support Mentor

Sarrana has recently joined TWCI and we are thrilled to welcome her positive energy to the team. She is a proud mum of four and loves nothing more than spending time with her busy, fun filled family.

The outdoors is her happy place. If camping is involved, she is there. Fresh air, open space and a crackling fire are her idea of the perfect reset.

Sarrana also enjoys a good boogie on the dance floor and brings plenty of fun wherever she goes. She has a creative side as well, with a love for decorating cakes and making sweet treats that bring a smile to people’s faces.

She is deeply passionate about helping others and being someone people can rely on, trust and feel supported by. Building genuine connections is what she does best.

Her biggest fear and pet peeve is ants. If you ever want to see her move quickly, just show her one.

Eli

Social Support Mentor

Eli joins the team with a strong passion for staying active, trying new things and making genuine connections. With a background in hospitality, he is used to working with all kinds of people and knows how to make others feel comfortable straight away.

Living along the coast has shaped a lot of who Eli is. He is big on surfing, skating and being outdoors, and brings that same energy into his role, supporting participants to get involved, step outside their comfort zone and build confidence through real experiences.

When he is not working, you will usually find Eli chasing waves, on his skateboard or working on his classic LandCruiser. He is also into sewing and enjoys creating and altering clothes using recycled materials.

 
 

Tahlia

Social Support Mentor

Tahlia joins the TWCI team as a Social Support Mentor, bringing a Certificate III in Individual Support and a strong focus on building genuine connections. She is committed to creating environments where people feel safe, supported, and comfortable being themselves.

Her passion is shaped by lived experience growing up with siblings with additional needs, along with hands-on experience in the childcare sector where she developed strong skills in supporting young people and building trust.

Outside of work, Tahlia enjoys animals and has two dogs, a parrot, and a fish tank at home. She also enjoys car meets, drives, baking and decorating cakes, and creative hobbies like drawing, painting, and puzzles. She spends time playing strategy board games and classic video games with friends.

Luke

Social Support Mentor

Luke joins the TWCI team bringing more than 10 years of experience across the sports industry, with previous roles at the South Australian Cricket Association and Tennis SA.

Easy-going and approachable by nature, Luke is passionate about creating opportunities for people to feel connected, supported, and included through sport and recreation.

Holding a Certificate III in Community Services, he strongly believes that everyone deserves access to safe, welcoming, and inclusive environments where they can build confidence, develop social connections, and feel empowered to participate in their community.

Outside of work, Luke enjoys playing tennis, getting out for a casual round of golf, and most importantly spending quality time with his three girls.

Hayley

Developmental Educator (DE)

Haylee joins our Employment Support team in a newly created role as a Progress Support Consultant.

Over 5 years experience in the sector as an Allied Health Practitioner, Haylee is a qualified Developmental Educator (DE) and Behavioural Support Practitioner (BSP) with vast experience in School Leavers Employment Support (SLES), but also working with participants with Neurodiverse disabilities, psychosocial, Intellectual Disabilities and an extensive trauma background.

Assisting our participants to achieve their goals and offer her peers tailored strategies and solutions to foster continuous improvement. Outside of work, Haylee enjoys spending time with her young family, doing arts & crafts, and watching true-crime documentaries.

Pet Hate: Hayley has a huge phobia of pigeons!!

Karen

Client Liaison Lead

Karen is the face of our Service Delivery booking squad and has amazing relationships with our families, participants & providers. She is always looking to connect & collaborate with people and let them know about the amazing supports we offer our participants.

Bringing to the team a wealth of marketing and networking experience from a diverse range of Industry sectors. She is experienced in assisting the most vulnerable people in our community and is extremely passionate helping people through meaningful support.

Her passion shines through everything she does, especially when engaging with our families and their supports, seeing our participants progress is the absolute best part of her role, something she loves.

Karen is known in the office to be able to talk for Australia, and her pet hate is people patting her on the head!

Grace

Industry Partnerships Coordinator

Grace comes to us with extensive experience in the community service sector, particularly in the areas of criminal justice, mental health, and substance abuse. Her background equips her with a deep understanding of the challenges people face and the support they need.

She is an energetic, pragmatic achiever who is eager to dive into the NDIS field to help people break down their barriers and reach their full potential.

In her spare time, Grace enjoys cooking, going to the gym, and going on camping trips.

Kane

Accounts Team Leader

Kane brings valuable experience from his time working in Out of School Hours Care (OSHC), where he supported a diverse range of children with special needs. This experience ignited a deep passion in Kane for making a meaningful difference in the lives of young people. He has also completed his Certificate III in Financial Services, adding a solid foundation of financial knowledge to his skill set.

Kane is known for his consistently positive attitude, exceptional work ethic, and natural ability to build rapport and engage with young people. His enthusiasm and energy make him a standout in any team.

Outside of work, Kane is an avid gamer and sports enthusiast. He enjoys playing and watching soccer and tennis, and is a passionate supporter of Tottenham Hotspurs.
