I have referred quite a few of my clients on the autism spectrum to TWCI (I am an allied health professional working with individuals with disability), simply because they provide a service like no other, it is customised, and at a pace set by the participant. I have even engaged them for my own 18-yr-old son. Some clients were anxious about the first meeting, and requested my presence to help break the ice, but Tanya very quickly put them at ease, and their unease very quickly turned into hope and excitement that they might finally have an opportunity to be *heard*, *validated*, and what they would be doing was *relevant*.There are too many generic services out there, and it is my professional (and personal) opinion that TWCI have got something very special going on.

I received an initial progress report for one of my clients from TWCI. It is the best mapping and planning tool that I have seen so far in the NDIS space and feel this would be perfect for other people to use and is excellent for checking progress as things are achieved and ticked off.

Working with my coaches on the employment side of things has improved my confidence with speaking, engaging in different activities and volunteering. Rhyss has been working with an employment coach (Paul) for the past 6 months, in that time he has done more for Rhyss than any other employment training office who have worked with Rhyss for 11 years or more. I am very happy with paul's progress in helping Rhyss have a chance to build a career that suits him. The most important thing is that Rhyss is happy and optimistic about his future.
