Our Story
Together We Can International (TWCI) began with a simple belief: that neurodivergent people don't need to be fixed, they need to be understood, backed, and given the room to thrive.
What started as a idea through lived experience that neurodiverse people deserve better back in 2020 has grown into a thriving community that thousands of families now trust to walk beside them and their families. We made a deliberate choice early on. Rather than spread ourselves thin and be average at many things, we would stay in our lane and chose to do two things and do them exceptionally well:
Employment Support and Social Support.
That focus is our strength. It is how we became leaders in our field, and it is why families, schools, government organisations and the wider community choose us, and stay with us, year after year.
To drive innovative, community-led solutions that empower neurodiverse individuals to build capability, access opportunity and lead meaningful, connected lives.
